This incredible scenic trail away from the tourist crowds is truly one of a kind. Your approximately 6-hour trek will lead you deep into the rainforest. You'll stop at two beautiful waterfalls where you can take a refreshing dip and enjoy stunning views over the valley.
During lunch, we'll learn how to craft our own plates from banana leaves.
Viewpoints line the trail before we reach a Karen hill tribe village.
Along the way, you'll learn to identify traditional herbs and discover the various edible plants found in the rainforest. We'll see rice paddies and local orchards, and visit a Karen village where you can experience their way of life firsthand.

Itinerary
Your English-speaking driver and guide will pick you up from your hotel between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM. From there, we'll drive for approximately 2 hours to Doi Inthanon National Park, with a stop at a local market along the way.
Our trek begins near a school in an ancient village on a mountainside, with views overlooking rice paddies.
The first part of our trek will last between 2 and 2.5 hours, taking us through the rainforest with a stop at a viewpoint for lunch.
After lunch, we'll walk for another 2 hours through the rainforest, enjoying the 2 waterfalls along the trail.
Our trek ends at Khun Poy village, where we can enjoy coffee from the local tribe after the hike.
Return to Chiang Mai around 6:00 PM.

What to Bring
