Guesthouse on the banks of the Bang Luang Canal

On the right bank, in what is aptly called the "Venice of the East," sits a simple, small, stilted house with 2 large rooms on the edge of the Bang Luang canal. Just opposite, Baan Silapin, the "house of artists," hosts an art center and the former troupe of the Joe Louis Theater. In the afternoons, you can attend a show featuring beautiful traditional Thai puppet dance performances.
