Travel Insurance, Assistance, and/or Cancellation

To participate in our trips, you must be covered by travel insurance for medical expenses and repatriation. We recommend subscribing to the following contract with our partner, CHAPKA ASSURANCES, supported by AXA Assistance.

CAP EXPLORER INSURANCE

Cap Explorer is CHAPKA's new insurance contract. A comprehensive solution divided into 4 formulas tailored to your trip and needs—you choose the one(s) that suit you:

• Explorer'Multirisque: Comprehensive coverage, including cancellations for justified reasons and exceptional events (undeclared strikes, airspace closures, flight cancellations, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics), and the inability to depart. It also includes full repatriation assistance and coverage for medical expenses or hospitalization during your trip.
• Explorer'Annulation: Coverage necessary to protect your travel budget before departure, covering cancellations for justified reasons, exceptional events, missed flights, and flight delays. This contract must be taken out within 48 hours of paying the first deposit.
• Explorer'Assistance: Offers comprehensive coverage of Multirisque, excluding cancellation options, providing maximum coverage during your trip abroad.
• Explorer'Complémentaire Carte Bancaire: Offers additional coverage to your premium credit card insurance.

These insurance contracts are specific to our trips, and we strongly recommend subscribing to them. Detailed terms and conditions, including claims procedures, are available on the information and quote form. You are solely responsible for adhering to the claim procedures. Before your trip, in case of cancellation:

Your local agency applies the refund scale outlined in the sales conditions, based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date. Taking out cancellation insurance allows you to be reimbursed (excluding insurance costs) for all expenses incurred due to trip cancellation.

It is crucial to consider this at the time of booking, as you only have a maximum of 48 hours from your first payment to subscribe.

During your trip:

Assistance and repatriation insurance covers accidents occurring during your trip involving you, your travel companions, or your close relatives (e.g., advance payment of medical expenses abroad, repatriation, early return due to a relative's illness, civil liability, legal assistance, etc.).
Baggage insurance protects against damage, delay, or loss of your luggage.

• Beneficiaries covered under the policy

Before departure:

• Obtain all necessary medical assistance certificates.
• Check for any updates to insurance conditions from your reference organization.

• Always notify your insurance provider before incurring expenses or immediately after an emergency.
